What happens to my Pre-Paid Funeral Funds?
Your pre-paid funeral money will be paid into the Funeral Plan Management Fund that is approved and required by Government legislation. These funds will only be released once Serenity Funerals have carried out your pre-paid funeral services.
There are two primary ways pre-paid funeral payments can be made to Serenity Funerals. Either through a one-off sum or arrangements monthly instalments to be paid – usually through direct debit.
